Justia is not really a blog software, they are an attorney marketing company that offers a wide range of services -- including blogging for lawyers.
Their user interface is acceptable but not as intuitive as I think most laypeople would like to see. But it gets the job done.
The plus (or minus) of Justia legal blogs depends on your point of view -- they are big promoters of inbound links and you can expect to have other competing attorney blogs hosted by Justia added and interlinked with your own blog.
Overall, the service is good, even if expensive.
