3. HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One Printer

If you need a heavy-use printer or print a lot in color consider a higher-end printer. Otherwise, it is an affordable printer for light, everyday use.
This printer is light weight so it is very portable. It is small enough to sit on a desktop and not be too intrusive unless you also have a lot of clutter on your desk (like, say, guilty me). The software and drivers load easily, but expect a lengthy wait to try and reach a HP help tech by phone. Rated 3 out of 5 stars.
