Understanding and Negotiating Commercial Leases

Commercial leases are not as simple or straight-forward as residential leases. If you do not understand the basics principles and formulas used to calculate commercial space leases you will almost certainly pay too much.

This course begins with the very basics and moves on towards more complicated commercial leases at a pace that assumes the reader has little or no knowledge of commercial properties.

You will learn about the types of leases, how commercial rents are calculated, how to find the right location and space for your business, and of course, how to negotiate the best deal possible.
