Are you dealing with someone at work even more annoying than the "Annoying Orange?"  Or, maybe your mind drifts off, worrying about things in your personal life.  Or, if you are like the majority of distracted time wasters at work, you are simply giving in to the temptation to check Facebook or surf the web for personal reasons.

According to a survey study on salary.com, men are more likely to waste time (by a small percentage) than women when it comes to goofing off on the computer while at work.  Middle aged workers waste more time than their younger peers.  And the biggest time waster?  Facebook.  At the bottom of the list comes Twitter and Pinterest and ESPN.

Whatever is distracting you, the solution for any distraction is the same:  remove it.  Here are some tips and solutions on how to refocus at work when life's little annoyances keep interrupting your thoughts and work flow.
