Women in business gives a thumbs up to business women of New York - and to Broome Community College!
I was thrilled to see a list of names of recent graduates from Broome Community Colleges' Entreprenurual Assistance Program:
Abby Belford-Williams, LaDonna Blount, Elizabeth Budnik, Michael Budnik, Kelly Devine, David Hantsch, Darlene Kanuk, Laurie Kany, William Kelly III, Jessica Kollar, Jennifer Molyneaux, Jessica Munson, Sally Nickerson, Mary Reeves, Lori Ann Rex, Kathy Ritter, Diana Simpson, Bob Talkiewicz, Donna Taylor and Justina Yarger.
I count 16 women among 20 business graduates. In addition to all the great new women entrepreneurs graduating from Broome, women also powered through Broome's 5th Annual Business Plan Contest:
- First place winner: Abby Belford-Williams
- Second place: Elizabeth and Michael Budnik
- Tied for Third Place: Darlene Kanuk, Laurie Kany and Mary Reeves.
