If you use the Internet you may have seen ads telling you that for $1.97 (the cost of the start-up kit) you can learn how to use Google to make thousands of dollars each month working from home. But when you purchase the kit, you will be charged other fees - usually a total of $70 to $80.
Work-From-Homer Beware
Any company that tells you they have the inside track to exploiting Google to make big bucks is lying. First, Google is smart and the company works very hard to keep its secrets. All Google employees are required to sign confidentiality agreements - any Google employee who blabbed, much less sold secrets would be fired and prosecuted. Second, anyone who tells you how to get rich with no money and little work is almost certainly lying or doing something unethical or illegal.

Google is fed up with having their good name tainted and has now filed a lawsuit in federal court in Salt Lake City (December 2009) alleging that Pacific WebWorks and other, unnamed defendants are guilty of trademark infringement and dilution, unfair competition, federal cyberpiracy, and violation of consumer sales practices.
So scammers beware - Google has deep pockets and will follow through. And to those who wish to work from home and get rich for a mere investment of $1.97 - it's a scam.
