Women seem to love taking quizzes and surveys. Perhaps this is why we see so many in women's magazines. But "dreamer beware" when you start taking quizzes on whether or not you have what it takes to make it in business. Most of these tests ask questions like “are you an optimist?” or, “are you a good leader?” They pose the cliché and superficial questions “are you creative?” and “do you work well with people?” (Any test that asks “are you a people person?” immediately disregard!) None of these questions have anything to do with whether or not someone can or will succeed in business.

Women in Business lambasts these "Do You Have What it Takes?" tests and offers you three important things to consider - things you can learn - that will really help you succeed in business.
